i know you said you wanted to see me write more but every tume i think i have a topic lately we end up discussing it verbally before i got a chance to write it....

that kind of goes along with my motto: "to have an extraordinary life requires extraordinary effort"" and my other motto "don't sacrifice what you want most for what you want now" although that second one should maybe not get "motto" status as it is not original and actually came from the pro-anorexia community :(

anyway it has to do with being willing to make sacrifices of investment rather than sacrifices of neccessity. Everybody can make sacrifices in times of scarcity, when they have to. One of the tricks to success in the lifestyle and in life in general is being able to make sacrifices of comfort, convenience, leisure, etc. without circumstances forcing you to.

Does this parallel your paralysis in the face of anyone's displeasure? As in, you don't need to be told what to do- you have plenty of your own ideas- but you are not capable of acting on those ideas unless they are exactly what the authority wants...does this mean feeling resentment at having plans thwarted by authority's preference is not failure, in that the inability to just do it anyway represents success?

Like Boys Camp- felt unable to go when told "do what you want" although technically could have gone without disobedience- it was only when (however grudging) acknowledement that going was the right thing for me that I was able to proceed with plans.

i guess one might think i has been remiss cuz i am just now getting around to saying OMG MY DADDY GAVE ME THE BESTEST BIRFDAY!!!!! one MIGHT think that or one might think mah birfday is not really over yet cuz tonight (INDIGO GIRLS) is part of it. let's go wif that one

but Monday (official brifday) was really fun and my bear got new clothes and i got to eat pizza and the uniberse paid off its ice cream debt and i got spankins for my real age and my lil age so...jes..was yummy.

i got those booteeful tulips and THE UNICORN PLUSHIE I HAVE BEEN WANTING SINCE FOREVAR and a Bratz horsie! And a whole bag of sugar-free chocolates! I HAS THE BESTEST DADDY! Also one of those photos (wif 2 pink bows instead of one green one) was taken at the library. I HAS THE BESTEST JOB TOO.

i just added a bunch of ppl who commented or posted on other journals/communities that i read....so, welcome to my world if you want to be friends....dis journal not always that interesting and frequently there are entries that are on my Daddy-only filter and there are a lot of entries that are nothing but lists and schedules but there may occasionally be stuff worth reading as i work my way step by step through the various stages of my first "real" bdsm relationship (Daddy finds the "b" in bdsm boring lol....first "real" bdsm relationship b/c there was a previous FTM Dom for whom i was much-abused 24/7 slave for one year prior to meeting the bestest Daddy). Besides bdsm i am also into ageplay so some of that pops up from time to time as well...

cast of characters:

sub_baby = 38-going-on-11. Teen librarian by day, little-girl submissive by night. needs a lot of structure. Hence all the schedules.
Ivan= Ivan the Terrier. 14-year-old Rat Terrier who has been with sub_baby since Christmas of 1994. The second most spoiled dog in the world. Needs a lot of walks.
